3.1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using italypath.com (the "Site") or submitting the matching form, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ADG Management LLC (EIN: 38-4388279), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

3.2. What ItalyPath is — and what it is not

ItalyPath is a matching service. We help individuals seeking Italian immigration pathways connect with independent, licensed Italian immigration lawyers.

ItalyPath is not:

• a law firm
• an immigration agency or intermediary authorised to submit applications on your behalf
• an employer, agent, or partner of the Lawyers in our network

We do not provide legal advice. Any information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Only the Lawyer you are matched with can provide legal advice.

3.3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Site and submit the matching form.

3.4. The matching process

• You submit the matching form with information about your situation.
• We review your submission and, typically within 24 hours, identify a suitable Lawyer.
• We share your information with that Lawyer and/or introduce you via email.
• The Lawyer contacts you directly. Any engagement is agreed between you and the Lawyer.

We do not guarantee a match, a specific Lawyer, a response time, or any specific outcome.

3.5. Cost to you

The matching service is free of charge for Applicants. You will never be asked to pay ItalyPath.

Legal fees charged by the Lawyer are separate and agreed directly between you and the Lawyer.

3.6. Our network of Lawyers

We take reasonable steps to verify that Lawyers are licensed to practise in Italy. However:

• We do not supervise the Lawyers' work.
• We are not responsible for the advice, fees, conduct, or outcomes delivered by the Lawyers.
• Lawyers are independent professionals regulated by their local Bar (Ordine degli Avvocati).

3.7. Your obligations

You agree to:

• provide accurate, truthful, and complete information;
• use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• not impersonate another person or misrepresent your situation;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site;
• not use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• not scrape or reverse-engineer the Site.

3.8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by ADG Management LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

"ItalyPath" and associated logos are trademarks of ADG Management LLC.

3.9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE MATCHING SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• the Site will be error-free or available at all times;
• you will be matched with a Lawyer;
• any match will result in a successful outcome;
• information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

3.10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADG MANAGEMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ITALYPATH IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3.11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADG Management LLC from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or false information provided.

3.12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

3.13. Governing law and dispute resolution

For Applicants outside the EU/UK: governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming courts.

For EU or UK residents: nothing deprives you of mandatory consumer protection. You may bring proceedings in your country of residence.

3.14. Class action waiver (U.S. Applicants)

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought in individual capacity only, not as class or representative proceedings.

3.15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in force.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent.
• Notices: to us at info@italypath.com.
• Changes: we may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified.
